Training and Consultancy

Research has suggested that with the rapidly increasing number of pupils with with autism in both the mainstream and specialist school sectors, teachers require and desire more information, training and support in meeting the needs of their pupils with autism. When school staff have autism-specific training and support, they are better equipped to meet the needs of their pupils with autism.

Training Services

Our experienced training team can provide pre-set and custom-designed training courses to school staff that enhances their ability to support their pupils with autism. Our courses are both theoretical and practical, with an emphasis on active, competency-based learning. We offer a range of training courses, for mainstream, special and residential schools, designed to address the needs of early years, primary and secondary pupils with ASD. Our courses are suitable for teachers, classroom assistants and related professionals working with individuals with autism. Consultancy Services

We believe in collaborative planning, and that multi-agency programmes are progressive, providing a positive impact on each child, their family and the school community. Our school consultancy service can help your school to meet the ongoing needs of your pupils with ASD. We welcome the opportunity to work with your school, using a consultancy model that is suited to the needs of your school, staff and pupils.
